Connectivity degraded to EU

UPDATE (04:00 AM CDT) Resolved : Connectivity between the US and EU should be back to normal conditions.

Our Engineers are aware of an ongoing network degradation issue occurring between our datacenters and some links to the UK and EU. They are actively investigating it and we will provide further updates as we obtain more information. We greatly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
