Slicehost Engineers will be performing a network maintenance in our STL-B data center on Sunday, January 29th from 2:00AM - 3:00AM CST (8:00-9:00 UTC). The impact is expected to be minimal, but you may experience a brief period of intermittent connectivity to any slices located in our STL-B data center.

Slicehost Engineers will be performing updates to our slice infrastructure on Friday, January 27th from 10:00AM - 11:00AM CST (16:00-17:00 UTC). During this maintenance window, the SliceManager and the API will not be accessible for a small subset of customers in our STL-B facility. Additionally, your slice(s) may not be visible in the SliceManager during the maintenance window. However, they will remain online throughout the maintenance and will be available in the SliceManager once the maintenance has completed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Update – 12:54 AM CST – Our network team has resolved the intermittent networking issues in our STL/DFW Data Centers. Slices should be operating as normal at this time. Thanks again for your patience during resolution!
Some customers are reporting a network outage at this time. Our folks are investigating and we will be notifying once the issue has been resolved.
